Scallops On The Beach

Scallops are one of my favorite seafood dishes to make. It is fairly simple to do, but I have seen that it is easy to over and under cook this shellfish.

If you are looking to have a well seasoned scallop dish, then I would suggest that you pre-season and sauté your pan very thoroughly. I like to add a combination of oil, butter, seasonings, and lemon slices. This creates a nice flavorful marinade which will be infused with your scallops when you introduce them to the pan!

INGREDIENTS:
Scallops (large)
Unsalted Butter
Onions
Kale
Canola Oil
Minced Garlic
Basil
Black Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Lemon Juice
