Turkey breast can be an extremely dry white meat with little flavor. However in this simple recipe, you will find that you can enjoy it in a more satisfying way. I have found favor with turkey meat that has been thinly sliced. When you pan grill the thin sliced turkey breast, it will absorb the flavors more effectively. 

I have chosen to create a mildly spiced flavor for this dish. I have added a touch of curry powder and minced garlic to my pan. Along with the oil and butter, these spices will create a sauce that will cook through both the turkey and kale. The result will be a well flavored dish that you will enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
Sliced Turkey Breast
Paprika
Unsalted Butter
Kale
Curry Powder
Garlic
Canola Oil
Egg (poached)
Provolone Cheese
Black Pepper
Bacon slices (turkey or ham)
