CHICKEN SWISS PARMESAN

Cooking can be so easy when you understand that simplicity is really the golden rule. If you were to think about preparing a sandwich, you would gather just about the same ingredients that I used in this dish. Basically to create a sandwich you would need bread, meat, lettuce, tomato, onions, and cheese ... right? 

Well this concept is the same as if you were going to prepare a sandwich using chicken. 


In this creation, I have a boneless chicken breast (sliced), vegetables which include kale, red & yellow peppers, and onions.

Ingredients:
Canola Oil
Unsalted Butter
Onions
Garlic Cloves (6 sliced)
Red/Yellow Peppers
Kale
Italian Seasoning (a little of this ... LOL)
Basil (a little of this) 
Oregano (a little of that)
Black Pepper (a little of this ... )
Parmesan Cheese ( a little of that)
Boneless Chicken Breast (s)
Whole Grain Bread
Swiss Cheese 
Tomato Sauce
Parsley
