FLOUNDER ISLAND

Here is a tasty dish that you can create using Flounder.  I seasoned this to give it a Cajun flavor. It has a bit of kick to it, however I think it is very mild. When you add the garlic mayo sauce that I have made, it should give a very nice and cool tasting contrast to the spice.


-Flounder is ready to cook-

Ingredients:
Flounder (Bake for 25mins at 400˚)
Chili Powder
Black Pepper
Basil
Minced Onion
Salt-Free Seasoning
White Onions (chopped)
Unsalted Butter
Garlic (5 cloves)
Kale
Dill Weed
Baby Bella Mushrooms
Hummus
Tomato (sliced)
Olive Oil (drizzle)

Garlic Mayo Sauce:
Garlic (6 cloves)
Mayonnaise
Dill Weed
