CURRY TILAPIA

Are you are a fan of West Indian cuisine?

If so, then you are familiar with a dish and cultural delight of theirs called ackee and saltfish. I decided one day to experiment and create my gourmet version of this dish that would be comparable based on the flavor using a few similar ingredients. Here I have plated pan grilled tilapia together with scrambled eggs, onions and peppers in a butter curry sauce to create my dish I call "Curry Tilapia". My homage to the dish known as ackee and saltfish.



Ingredients:
Tilapia
Orange Peppers
Yellow Onions
Red Lettuce
2 Eggs (scrambled medium)
1 Egg (boiled)
1 Strawberry
Unsalted Butter
Canola Oil
Curry Powder
Basil
Black Pepper
Parsley
