"KALE SPAGHETTI"

Most pasta dishes would make you day dream about the beautiful hills in the tuscany region of central Italy. If you live in the USA, a pasta could easily make you crave about dining at your favorite local Italian restaurant in a nearby city as well. However, there are many ways to use pasta to create a base for some of the most simple of pasta dishes without sauce. 
"Kale Spaghetti"

I like to create this healthy pasta dish using a whole grain spaghetti. With touches using your favorite vegetables of choice, you can create a really delicious pasta dish. When I decide to not use a sauce, I substitute with olive oil and other seasonings to bring out a rich flavor.

INGREDIENTS:
Whole Grain Spaghetti
Kale
Olive Oil
Red Peppers
Canola Oil
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Onions
Basil
Oregano
Salt-Free Italian Seasoning
Unsalted Butter
Parsley
