I like to create this healthy pasta dish using a whole grain spaghetti. With touches using your favorite vegetables of choice, you can create a really delicious pasta dish. When I decide to not use a sauce, I substitute with olive oil and other seasonings to bring out a rich flavor.
INGREDIENTS:
Whole Grain Spaghetti
Kale
Olive Oil
Red Peppers
Canola Oil
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Onions
Basil
Oregano
Salt-Free Italian Seasoning
Unsalted Butter
Parsley
