Creating an illustration with food takes a lot of imagination. However, when I am plating, the concept is rarely preconceived.

Visualizing how my dish will be produced usually is a vision that begins while I am preparing the food. Most of the time as I am using various ingredients, I start to gain inspiration. 

There are many ways to prepare a steak. So many recipes exist to give suggestions of how to tenderize and marinate the meat so that it will hold its pre-seasoned flavor.

Large Shrimp
Baby Spinach
Mushrooms
Canola Oil 
Red Peppers
Onions
Black Pepper
Unsalted Butter
Dill Weed
Parsley
Olive Oil
