Being a native of Maryland (home of the Blue Crab), I have always enjoyed seafood. So much so, that some of the most exotic seafood eating trends for me was just a part of my lifestyle. Of course, if you are from other coastal areas within the United States, you may have a few hidden secrets of how to enjoy certain seafoods more than others. However, I am a huge lover of the clam family. Clams, Oysters and Mussels have been a favorite of mine for a long time.
INGREDIENTS:
Mussels
Unsalted Butter
Minced Garlic
Chardonnay
Veggie Pasta
Parmesan Cheese (aged 10+months)
