SEAFOOD STUFFED TOMATO

I was thinking of something to create that could be enjoyed while socializing with your guests at home.  So I came up with this name which is a spin on a cocktail beverage known as the Martini ...  and  so I named this appetizer the Shrimp-Tini. (LOL)

This idea is great for an appetizer or a side dish. The "presentation" however is really the highlight of this tasty concept. Stuffing tomatoes is not a new concept. But ... for those who would like to entertain at home and would like to present an appetizer with a bit of style .... then this is for you! You will need to create a seafood/crab salad that will go inside of the tomato.

Ingredients:
Tomato
Red Lettuce
Shrimp (large)

Seafood Salad:
Crab 
(Jumbo lump & claw meat)
Mayonnaise
Onions
Celery
Oregano
Italian Seasoning
