RASPBERRY GLAZED SALMON

"Sunflower Seed Crusted Salmon"
 w/Raspberry Maple Syrup Glaze

One of my latest creations I am sure you will enjoy!
This is a fairly simple recipe to produce.

Directions:
-Season the Salmon fillet (full coverage)
-Pre-heat the oven to 375˚
-Bake Salmon for 30 minutes
-After 30 minutes remove fillet and glaze the top with honey 
-Add sunflower seeds to the honey covered fillet.
-Bake Salmon for an additional 10 minutes.
-Blend a cup of Raspberries and 3/4 cup of Maple Syrup
-Plate and Serve



                           INGREDIENTS:
Salmon Fillet
Thyme
Baby Spinach
Portobello Mushrooms
Sunflower Seeds
White Onions
Minced Garlic 
Honey
Oregano
Canola Oil
Unsalted Butter
Italian Blend Seasoning 
(Salt-Free) 
Raspberries
Maple Syrup
Garlic Mayonnaise (dip)
Cream Cheese (dip)
-Before the raspberry glaze-
